  1. Q:  How do I place an order with Proton Computers Inc?

A:  Please log on to http://www.chennoor.com/ and find out if the required desktop or laptop is there.  If it is there, just say Dell 499.99 desktop, in your email to abcdcomputers@hotmail.com and we will forward an estimate to you.  Once you receive the estimate, please do the inventory order through the Canada office with Marie Blackburn, and she will send us the P.O.  Once the P.O. is received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours.

  1. Q:  What if the item I want to order is not available at www.chennoor.com?

A:  In this case, locate the item on the internet, forward the link to abcdcomputers@hotmail.com and ask for the estimate. (Whether it is from tigerdirect.com or outpost.com or any other website, we can get the same product or equivalent at the same price).  The rest of the procedure is the same as above

  1. Q:  Can I call up and ask for an estimate for a special item?

A: Yes you can. Call up 630-627-7623, and ask for the special item estimate, such as a used AC adapter for a Gateway Solo 2500, to be overnight shipped to Michigan, or a used Dell Latitude CPi CD-ROM to be shipped thru USPS to New York, or anything of that kind)

  1. Q:  Can I get an item that is urgent and get a P.O. next day or 2nd day?

A:  Yes.  It is possible.  If the order is urgent, we can ship out the item or you can pick up the item from the store and we will wait for the P.O. from Canada.

  1. Q:  Can you match prices?

A:  YES WE CAN.  Locate an item on the internet (EX:  Hawkins USB to Ethernet adapter = $20 on the internet) and send an email to abcdcomputers@hotmail.com, with the website that you found it at, and ask for the same item and same price and we will take care of the rest.
